The restaurant is built on a single ideology: authentic rural Armenian food has remained a secret for too long. We want to change this. Once an abandoned canteen for Soviet workers, we’re now serving some of Armenia’s most progressive heritage cuisine. Today our restaurant and the glkhatun (head house, bakery) is open to visitors wanting to taste a piece of history with a modern perspective.
